DPS cannot flash the archive to the BCM, it aborts at 99%.

I have adjusted the part number and checksum

  • Later I’ll demonstrate the process for correcting the first 4 byte checksum.

  • great job   thank you Troy

  • The top part number 13582622 is the part number SPS usually use to decide on the EU modules.

If ends at 99%, its sure the calibrations are writted correctly. the error its possible happens by you not have enabled the theft deterrent Sec code option and the vin is blank.

If a checksum is incorrect, the process ends at the wrong calibration. for example, if the calibration 9 have a wrong checksum, process stop in that calibration.

If the error occurs, the BCM is bricked.

The DPS info indicates that no operational software has been loaded. Flashing back to the original files works without any problems

Did anyone experienced the issue when I was able to correct the OS's part number from original to one down as the instructions says then went onto SPS to try and download.

Then SPS won't do the programing due to the unknown ECU software. This is in BCM, is there another way?

yes, if you have any tool which can rewrite BCM directly - for example IO Terminal.

Hello,
Can someone send me the HVAC files for an Astra K lift 1.2 with this VIN W0VBE6EW3NG028275? I don't have a full account, unfortunately. Has anyone managed to swap part numbers to trick the SPS? It's not about calibration.

Good afternoon, @Troy

Thank you for sharing the content.

I have a 2015 GM Onix LT with a manual transmission and I would like to add cruise control. Originally it came with a BCM 52085478 and currently I use a BCM 52100479 that came from a vehicle with an automatic transmission. I already have the pinout on connector X3 (green) corresponding to the cruise control signal.

Is it possible to calibrate this BCM so that the cruise control is activated for use in this vehicle that has a manual transmission?

Thank you.

Yeah, just need to load the right calibrations.

Also need to reconfigure IPC and ECU modules.

Sim, só preciso carregar as calibrações corretas.

Também é necessário reconfigurar os módulos IPC e ECU.

In this case, I'm thinking of manually entering the dump into the BCM to activate the K34 flag. I've seen reports that in this adaptation case, there's a need to install the clutch position sensor (CPP). I have a 13597416 sensor, but I haven't identified where its pinout would be (ECU or BCM) so that the cruise control disables when the clutch is pressed. Can you provide this pinout for ECU E83 or BCM 52100479?

Thank you.
