Hello,

What is the current standing on programming GM vehicles with SPS2, if you are in Europe (I'm mainly interested in Chevy Volt and Cruze)?

Can ACDelco TDS be used? Or must buy from PSA ServiceBox still? Or it depends on VIN (for which market vehicle was originally produced)?
