They banned vxdiag on sps programming online. How are they able to get away with something like this? I was going to use it to update the pcm so my 2018 cruze doesn't pop a piston from the jacked up timing gm programmed from the factory. Does any one have the newer pcm and transmission calibration files for an gas 2018 Cruze with 1.8 engine?

Did gm ban your sps account for using a vxdiag nano? 

Yes they did. After i programmed i closed  out the program for something then tried to log back in then it said my account was locked so i called customer support and they unlocked it but said if i used it again then it would be locked permanently. Sucks really bad right now cause this time of year i need it. Should be against the law that they are able to look inside my computer to see what I'm using. I have an older vxdiag from like 2016 so i don't know if that has something to do with it. Maybe i should upgrade to the new version.

They banned cloned MDI's and from what I heard the cloned MDI's where made with the vxdiag.  Maybe that had something to do with it.

I had around six banned SPS accounts. I used a genuine MDI2. I had one ACDELCO SPS account for around two years with no issues until recently when it was banned. I used a VPN-dedicated IP. I believe GM is checking SPS accounts, and if they see an account whose IP is always the same for an extended period, they ban it. We can no longer use a UK debit card to purchase the cheaper USA SPS. Their payment gateway now checks the card BIN and automatically declines if it is not a USA card. I can still beat GM's silly tricks by using a USA residential Sock IP and a virtual USA debit card, and there is no method GM can use to decipher that 🙂.

When one window is closed, a few more are opened up the ladder.

If they're using unchanging IP addresses as criterion to ban SPS Accounts, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. They haven't heard of static IPs, which are not super uncommon with businesses? Maybe they're banning accounts shown to have been coming from known VPN endpoints?
