I have a 2018 Chevrolet Volt with a faulty Power Inverter Module, and for the replacement, I need to change the used Power Inverter module VIN and PIN possibly? I have GM DPS.

It should be possible. Did you have both VINs? PINs?

I have the original VIN and PIN, but I only have the VIN of the donor. 

Any help with a solution for me? Thanks

Here’s the VIN (1G1RC6S59JU106850) for the 2018 Chevy Volt that I need help with. 

Might be quick via SPS, need to check if mine allow me that car and can try to help you remotely.

I tried SPS and got an error message saying that the module was lock I believe, SPS wouldn’t finish the calibration setup. It then that I notice the VIN in the donor needed to be changed and so here I am.;)

I made a mistake, I have two Volts and I gave you the wrong one. Here's the Volt information that I need help with.

 

2014 Chevy Volt Used Power Inverter VIN change: I need help, I’m new and have a 2014 Chevy (1G1RF6E47EU161880) that I’m working on that needs a Power Inverter replacement. I have GM DPS now, but I need the files to edit the VIN in the used unit. I installed the replacement but quickly found that I couldn’t use it, in SPS it gave an error that the module was locked I believe, so I reinstalled the original module. I need some help. What do I need and how do I fix this issue?
