Hello everyone, I'm looking to program a used PCM E86 I need a Virgin file for DPS or Flex, to be able to program it with SPS, or if it can be done by changing VIN and PIN I can go that way too thank you....

    there is no issue to change VIN and PIN. Not sure if have issue with Tuning protection, but that easy can be rectified. Not likely to find Virgin file as that is only possible if someone is buy brand new E86 and copy it.
