Ipc cruze larger issue indicator auto wiper and tpms

Featured Replies

Hello, I am upgrading my cruze to a big screen ipc. The problem is that current cars with small screen IPCs have auto wiper lights. But with the large clock ipc, it seems that this light is not activated from the firmware (I tried going to gds and enabling all lights, but there is no automatic wiper light. I also tried ecu config but it didn't work. use)
I wonder if I can activate this light by editing the "Indication Calibration" file of the old watch, but it's not correct.
Can you give me any solution please? and I can't activate tmps either

Can't say for sure, but on Insignia/Buick Regal with large 8" IPC there is no dedicated indication lamp for auto-wipers either, as far as I recall. The message just pops on the screen after you place the stalk in the appropriate position that Rain Sensor is now active.

To be honest, I have not seen any indication lamps for auto-wipers in any other cars I've been in, which have this feature too, obviously. Don't know why it's that important to you.
If it starts to rain - change wiper speed/sensitivity (that should trigger a single swipe), and if nothing happens - your wipers were in OFF position, turn them on. It's as easy as that, requires only 1 second to "troubleshoot".

Yes in the 8" Insignia is no Auto Rain Indicator in the Database.

Correct, in 4inch, 8 inch speedos, only you see a popup indicating Rain sense on (or something similar)

Hello, with the large screen ipc for Cruze, I have configured that when changing the automatic wiper mode/turning on the key, there will be a notification on the screen. But the problem is that it can only be displayed once. If there is a warning light, it will always light up when auto mode is turned on. I checked and the watch has a light for this function but it seems the software is not supporting it

I think it's because the firmware isn't there, because the cruze for the china market doesn't have automatic wipers. That's why even after configuring the ecu, the light cannot be turned on
