Hi guys,

 

I would like to disable tpms in my 2017 Camaro. I have already purchased Troy xml tutorial, but it wasn't helpful for me.

 

Please help me to disable tpms.

It cant be done via xml i believe. Need to change flag in calibrations.

Overspeed and biasing + warning calibrations need to be edited or replaced..

Upload your IPC calibrations here and I'll set it for you.  I've always done it through that as well as I don't have sensors in my winter rims.

@codebuilder Thank you for your help! One more question. Is any documentation about the features what can be disable/enable in ipc or in bcm? 

 

I was wondering if I could disable the tpms in my friends camaro too (basic ipc) like in disabled.zip changed bit 0x00000012 and 0x000000db recalculated the checksum. But unfortunately, the tpms was still on.

I'm pretty sure for that vehicle TPMS is in the Instrument Cluster, and the RCDLR module.

You just need two VINs to compare the RCDLR module calibrations.  One with TPMS and one without.

The IPC TPMS settings should be in the XML file for that cluster.

Dear @codebuilder is it possible to disable TPMS in the "basic" ipc?

 

I have already switched off all features in the bin files, unfortunately TPMS is still on.
