Good Evening,

 

I have seen posts about editing calibrations to get the options you need/want in your HMI. I know the easiest way is to use the vin of a vehicle that has the options you want, but I would like to know how to edit it.

 

If anyone can share some information or the process of how to edit it and how to find out what field does what, I would be very appreciative.

Anyone want to explain how do HMI files get set up where when there isn't a #1 ID?

ID can be changed manually in DPS (when you create an archive).

OK, so ID# isn't important as long as they are in the correct order.

You can also create a new template for HMI in SPAT Command centre in DPS that's what I did.  Just set the ID numbers and descriptions as per the archive and save as HMI Template or similar.

No.
ID# is important - that's why you need to match the # from TIS. Mark has showed you how it's done above

Yes, his example cleared it up.  I like the idea have having a specific template
