Hi

im having issues with a Vauxhall insignia 2.0 cdti 2012.

 

it had electrical issues when I purchased the car I have changed a full ecu kit but what I didn’t realise is my car still has the original. Electronic parking module , airbag and radio.

I’m getting warnings saying ‘’ Theft Deterrent System ‘’ 

 

I have the original VIN and PIN codes for the modules.

 

I have a VCX Nano USB Cable I understand I need to use DPS just need some help to get started and to check if I’m on the right path to fixing this car

first read all modules and make a list of different vin compare to orig vehicle vin,,,

program modules according to orig vin and save spscache.

send utility file to website administator for every module to be change vin

So would I use DPS to read all modules and compare vins? 

gds2 for complete diagnostic,, dps for non-online editing
