I am attempting to reprogram the EPS module of my bolt EV 1LT. My bolt is a 1LT (non-premiere) and I am trying to reprogram the EPS to use the firmware of a premiere bolt (which has a different VIN). I went through the process described here successfully. However, I get an error "Error Occurred during FERGANA Programming" when attempting to program the archive file (see attachments).

 

I am using DPS version 4.48.

 

 

Programming logs are attached. Note, the different filenames constitute the three different calibration archives I created which were from the 3 firmware bundles I could download through SPS2 (screenshot attached).

Try using DPS 4.46.

Thanks for the response. Out of curiosity, do you happen to know why will the older version work but the newer one will not?

Log says where ECU not initialise boot for reprogramming. What is differences as that can answer why cannot perform flashing operation. Differences in EPS (I presume is Electric Power Steering rack)

I paid and tried DPS 4.46 and got the same error. See attached.

 

I can't read the ECU information either. Any ideas?

ah, i turned the car off and that seemed to work. I was previously trying to program with the car on!

I think u should specify where u working under Global, not standard communication.

DPS 4.48 has some bugs generating the seed keys.

Try 4.44. Had issues with mileage correction with 4.48 and 4.44 worked like a charm.
