Hello, when programming the radio with DPS, an error message appeared on 99% after the restart. Now the screen is black all the time, not even the itellelink logo. DID is visible, Sps and Dps do not program. What happened?

The ECU just did not respond on ID reading command. That command is harmless and would not kill the unit.

Is this radio second hand,? if it is so , program it using doner vin calibration and see if radio accept it .

The radio worked before programming. The VIN request does not help.

The screen is black, the button lighting flashes cyclically every 10 seconds.

Maybe you have an idea how to enable it?

To be able to help give more information about the radio. Is this second hand and why you program it .

US radio needs to be changed to EU. EU radio calibration was programmed. Model number 84278527 matches.

Do you have the original vin US calibration set..? if you do and you can reprogram those ok I'll happily change them to eu specs for you..

Calibration are not compatible between US and EU. Program it with US  calibration and it will work again. It needs custom calibation as pistnboke offered

Programming is not allowed. SPS does not program, cannot reprogram (not conection). and DPS stops  programming (>> * Timeout Condition:  ECU DID NOT RESPOND - Invoke RETRY LOGIC!). The calibration was changed when trying to instal EU maps, the US configuration does not allow this.

Just so we understand fully, you do have a full set of original US files and DPS will no longer program those..? I recently unbricked a radio I'd been struggling with for weeks... there is still hope..🙂

Yes, I have the original US calibration, but it is not programmed by DPS and SPS.

TRY TO PROGRAM RADIO WITH IGNITION OFF AND DISCONNECT BLACK CONNECTOR OF HMI,, I DID SAME ISUE FEW MINUTES AGO.,,

big, power supply,, or remove all, important is radio communication, 

 

I've exactly same problem... Tried programming with disconnected HMI and ignition off.

I've had a lot of fun with the radio...  are you trying to switch a US / EU one or just program US?

Tried to program modded tuner cal, but now I can't even program original calibrations. 99% and error. Black screen, rear camera works.

I think i know where i did the mistake. There was no cal id 2...

Anyone know how to fix it? 😐
