Didnt know if anyone could help with this. I have a BCM that is sort of stuck in key programming, when key is on it first says "ready to learn key 2"

 

Has code B26FC-00 which says I believe to replace the BCM. But when ever I try to use techline connect before I pull the old module I always get this error "E4399" and that is on any module I try to program because I tried PCM after I was having issues with the BCM. Techline connect pulls all info from car no problem like vin model etc.

 

I would like to try dps maybe but currently just dont have the funds as I have been off for 2 weeks with the covid.

    What is the history here ?

     

    Is the PCM original to the car ? 

     

    Why was the BCM replaced ?

     

    Are the keys original or new ?
