I found a tool  UniversalPatcher which I found very useful for ecm .bin files which can do the following

  • Make/apply patches for bin files
  • Make/apply patches for bin files
  • Get information of PCM binary files
  • Extract / swap segments
  • Generate XDF files for Tunerpro
  • Modify calibrations (Tuner)
  • Log data from PCM
  • And using PCM Hammer:
  • Read/write calibrations
  • Configurable for different engine controller binary files
  • Mostly for GM PCM 1997 ->
