Hi guys,

I urgently need help with an Opel Insignia A BCM programming problem and I am running out of time.

Vehicle:

Opel Insignia A
VIN: W0LGT8ES8E1199586

I accidentally ended up with the wrong BCM software/calibration configuration and now I need to program the correct target calibrations.

I have already spent a lot of money on SPS tokens trying to solve this, but SPS keeps stopping with:

E4419 – Unknown control unit software detected, possibly a newer version. Programming procedure aborted.

At this point I really cannot keep buying SPS tokens just for another failed programming attempt.

I have GM DPS installed and working, and what I urgently need is someone experienced with DPS who can create a complete DPS programming archive/package for this BCM using the correct target calibrations.

I am attaching PDFs containing:

the target calibration IDs
the target programming information
BCM identification/programming data

So everything that SPS says should be programmed is documented in the attachments.

If somebody has access to the required GM calibration files/database or knows how to build the correct DPS archive, please help me create a package that I can load directly into DPS and program into the BCM.

I am NOT asking for instructions on how to use DPS.

I specifically need somebody who can help me build the correct archive/package from these target calibration IDs, because that is the part I am missing.

This is extremely urgent because the customer is coming to collect the vehicle and the car has already been stuck here for far too long.

If payment is required for somebody's time/work, that is also fine. I just need to finally get the correct package and finish the car.
