It's the IPC calibration programming files. It's the same files the GM SPS service uses to program the IPC. Instead of paying GM to use their SPS service, you can manually program the module using the DPS tool.

This mean that you can prepare this file for my new used IPC with VIN of my car and it will be configured exactly for my car? How much does ti cost, what should I pay? 🙂 thanks a lot 👍

GM creates calibration files for each vehicle module using the vehicle's VIN. If you want to program an IPC, you'll need to use the GMS SPS service to program the IPC and configure the setup for that specific VIN. Alternatively, you can obtain the calibration files and setup configuration files using the GM SPS service and program the IPC using the DPS software without needing to use the GM SPS service.

For USA Vehicles, use ACDelco
For European Vehicles, use ServiceBox

 

To manually program the IPC using DPS.

1. You need to know how to get the calibration files from the GM SPS service.
2. You need to know how to create the DPS archive file used for programming the module.
3. You need to know how to get the IPC setup and configuration files.
4. You need to know how to use the IPC setup and configuration files to set up the IPC.
