Help needed on identifying SPS utility file

I have been creating my dps files manually. I ran into an issue today with the files in my SPS cache. The controller calid lists 20 files, but the cache has 23 files.....3 extra. Is there any way to identify which files is the utility file?

 

Also, if i wanted to leave one of the options out (sunroof), can i just omit that file when i create the build file and use the current utility file? Or does the utility file also need to be modified.
