So I've really been doing a lot of reading and am learning somethings but one thing I'm not understanding is the layout for the utility file header says the bytes 2 and 3 should be the module ID for the utility file. My though is thats how the utility file knows what module to send the commands to but in all the utility files I have its 00 00. Is this because in SPS you are selecting the module you want to program? If so in dps are you selecting the module in the get info section?

Utility is for module with ID 58. So Utility know very well what module is for. And check is for SDM - Airbag module 🙂

ok so its finding it from the Op Code
